Security Deposit:

• A security deposit is required for all reservations at the Sun and Sea Villas. The standard amount of the security deposit is $200.00 USD, but may vary depending on the length of booking. The security deposit is due 5 days prior to your arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, less any deductions for damages or additional charges. You will not be allowed to access the property until the security deposit is paid.

2. Damages:

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the villa or its contents during their stay, including but not limited to, furniture, fixtures, appliances, and amenities. The Sun and Sea Villas reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

3. Damage Assessment:

• A thorough inspection of the villa will be conducted after your departure to assess for any damages. You will be notified in writing of any damages and the cost of repairs or replacement.

4. Deductions from Security Deposit:

• The security deposit may be used to cover the cost of damages, additional cleaning required, or any other charges incurred during your stay. If the cost of repairs or replacement exceeds the security deposit, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.

5. Deposit Refund:

• The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, less any deductions for damages or additional charges. If there are no damages or additional charges, the security deposit will be refunded in full.

6. Disputes:

• In the event of a dispute regarding damages or charges, the Sun and Sea Villas reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit until the dispute is resolved.

7. Additional Charges:

• Guests may be charged for any unauthorized late check-outs, lost keys, or excessive cleaning required due to negligence or failure to adhere to the house rules.

8. Communication:

• Any issues or concerns regarding damages or deposits should be communicated to the Sun and Sea Villas management as soon as possible to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.

By booking a reservation at Sun and Sea Villas, guests agree to this Damages and Deposits Policy. Please read it carefully and ensure understanding of the terms and conditions.
