Check-In Policy

  1. Self Check-In:

    • The Sun and Sea Villas operate on a self-check-in system. The standard check-in time is 3:00 pm.
    • Please note that your accommodation includes a vacation starter kit for your comfort. Additional supplies will need to be purchased independently.
    • Early check-in is available at a cost of $20.00 USD and is subject to availability.

  2. Access Information:

    • Access codes for The Sun and Sea Villas are sent to you within 24 hours prior to your arrival.
    • The key fob for the gate and golf cart keys are located inside your villa upon arrival.

    • Details of the Wi-Fi will be sent to you along with the Access Codes.

  5. Communication:

    • For assistance upon arrival or during your stay, please use the contact page.

Check-Out Policy

  1. Departure Time:

    • Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Our cleaning crew will be there by 11:15 am.
    • Late Check-Out is available at a cost of $50.00 USD and is subject to availability. You should make your request known as soon as possible.

  2. Tidying Up:

    • Close and lock all windows and doors.
    • Turn off air conditioners, fans, lights, and electronics.

  3. Kitchen and Dining:

    • Leave any refrigerated items not used in the refrigerator.
    • Ensure the trash is taken out and dishes are washed and packed away.

  4. Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

    • Leave used towels in a pile in the bathroom.
    • Leave bed linens on the bed.

  5. Outdoor Areas:

    • Clean the grill (if used) and tidy up outdoor items.
    • Store pool equipment neatly.

  6. Final Checks:

    • Switch off exterior lights.
    • Double-check all rooms for personal belongings.

  7. Departure:

    •  Ensure that you’ve locked the door by holding the “#” key on the lock pad when you’re leaving.
