Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for the behavior of all persons in their party and will be held liable for any damages caused by themselves or their guests. In the event of damage to the property or its contents, the guest will not only lose their security deposit but will also be required to pay for the full cost of repairs or replacement. Sun and Sea Villas reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any damages or additional cleaning required. Guests are advised that any damages not covered by the security deposit will be pursued through legal action.

Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations, including those of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands supersede all other laws and regulations applicable to the guest’s stay at the Sun and Sea Villas. Any violation of the law will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Superseding Third Party Platform Rules: These house rules supersede all rules applicable to any third-party platform through which guests may have booked their stay, such as Airbnb or VRBO. By booking the Sun and Sea Villas, guests agree to abide by these house rules.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in outdoor spaces. Any form of smoking inside the villas, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Guests suspected of smoking inside the villas will lose their security deposit and may be subject to additional charges for cleaning and damages.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Stewardship and Energy Conservation: Guests are expected to be good stewards of the villas and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout their stay. Please clean up after yourselves and dispose of trash properly in designated bins.

To help conserve energy, please practice the following measures:

• Turn off lights and ceiling fans when not in use.
• Turn off the air conditioning unit when leaving the villa.
• Do not leave doors or windows open when the air conditioning is on.
• Turn off the water when not in use, such as when brushing teeth or lathering in the shower.

By practicing these energy conservation measures, you not only help protect the environment but also contribute to the overall sustainability efforts of the Sun and Sea Villas.

Maximum Occupancy: Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit that must be adhered to at all times. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the Sun and Sea Villas management and may incur additional charges. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Parking: Parking is available for registered guests only. Please park in designated areas and do not block access to other villas or driveways. Any vehicles not registered with the Sun and Sea Villas may be towed at the owner’s expense.

Pool Use: The pool is for the exclusive use of registered guests. Please observe all posted pool rules and regulations. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Any misuse of the pool or failure to comply with pool rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Respect for Property: Please treat the villas and common areas with respect. Do not damage, deface, or remove any property belonging to the Sun and Sea Villas. Any intentional damage to property will result in immediate eviction without refund and subject to legal action to recover the losses.

Security and Safety: For your safety and security, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa unattended. The Sun and Sea Villas is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and belongings at all times.

Zero Tolerance for Violence: Violence of any kind, including physical, verbal, or sexual abuse, threats, or harassment, is not tolerated at the Sun and Sea Villas. Any guest found to be engaging in violent or criminal behavior will be immediately evicted without refund and may be turned over to the police for prosecution.

Emergency Contact: In case of emergency, please contact the Sun and Sea Villas management immediately. For non-emergency inquiries, please refer to the contact information provided in your booking confirmation.
