Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and the booking is more than 30 days away.
- After 48 hours, guests can no longer request a full refund. A 50% refund is offered for bookings greater than 30 days.
- Bookings less than 30 days away are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances, which require evidence.
2. Extenuating Circumstances:
- Qualifying circumstances within 30 days include natural disasters preventing travel, the death of a close family member within one week of arrival, or an issue making travel impossible.
3. Refund Request Process:
- Refunds based on our cancellation policy require no documentation. For refunds outside the policy, evidence is necessary.
4. Refund Timeline:
- Refunds may take 1 week to 3 months to process. Guests should contact their bank if no reimbursement is received after 3 months.
5. Changes to Policy:
- The Sun and Sea Villas reserves the right to modify this refund policy, with changes communicated promptly to guests.
